Virgin's Unlimited Broadband2Go Plan Introduces Throttling

Virgin Mobile's $40/mo. unlimited data plan is making a change: beginning February 15, 2011, any account which uses more than 5GB will have its speed reduced for the remainder of the cycle. According to Virgin, the full speed will be restored when you pay for another month (another $40) which you can do mid-cycle.
