SplashCast Shuts Down Free Publishing Tools

SplashCast has announced that effective June 1 they will no longer be providing free publishing services. SplashCast seems to he gone through a few iterations over the years, starting as a podcast aggregation and publishing system to some sort of "Social TV" site.
